The text, design, photos, the Northgray name and the bear mark belong to Northgray or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not reuse them for any other purpose without our written permission.

Our services are governed by signed agreements
By using the site you accept these terms. "Northgray", "we" and "us" mean Northgray, of Steinbach, Manitoba.
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Each engagement runs under a signed services agreement, a signed scope schedule, an Authorization Letter, and our Rules of Engagement. If those documents conflict with this site, the signed documents prevail.
Sending a request through the site does not authorize any testing. We may decline any request, including when we cannot confirm who has authority over the people, premises or systems involved.

Information only
The site's content describes our services in general terms. It is not legal, compliance or security advice, and it doesn't promise any result, or that your organization is secure. Prices and service details can change until they appear in a signed agreement.

Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful;
- give false information about yourself or your authority when you contact us;
- scan, probe or test this site or our systems, or try to access them without our permission;
- interfere with how the site works, or put an unreasonable load on it;
- scrape or copy the site's content in bulk.
Found a security problem on our site? Email contact@northgray.ca. We won't take civil action or report you to police over good-faith research that follows our vulnerability disclosure policy.

Client portal
If we give you access to the client portal, keep your login details private. Accounts are for the people the client names and can't be shared. Portal content is confidential to the client and to Northgray, so don't share it outside your organization unless your agreement allows it. We may suspend or close an account to protect its data.

Other sites
Links to other websites are for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including accuracy, availability and fitness for a purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Northgray is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to CAD $100. Liability for our services is set only by the signed services agreement.

Indemnity
You agree to cover Northgray's reasonable costs, including legal fees, from any claim that arises because you broke these terms or gave us false information about your authority.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Manitoba have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.

General
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. If a term is found unenforceable, the rest still apply. Failing to enforce a term doesn't waive it.
